Choose clearly defined Courageous Goals: many of us unwittingly choose vague goals with success criteria beyond our control. We'll come up with clear goals that you are empowered to complete!
50 day Goals: the sweet spot for maintaining momentum means no more waiting for the perfect moment or burning out from urgency and overwhelm. If you've got a whopper-sized goal - we'll break it into several Courage-based Goals.
Courage-based Plans: instead of rigid schedules, our non-linear approach adapts to your capacity, energy, and courage on any given day. This means you can keep taking action which is wildly effective for continuous progress.
We anticipate Self-doubt: self-doubt is almost guranteed to be activated, so we'll plan for it. We'll interrupt those old patterns of procrastination and perfectionism. You'll feel resourced when it pops up and you'll be able to keep moving forward.
