If you never quite find the energy to check-in with yourself and your coaching work - this is the sacred pause you've been looking for! Each month, we'll explore a theme in your coaching work with a guided, reflective practice (BYO candles and tea)! There will be space for rich discussion and connection with fellow coaches where you'll gain insights and inspiration.
Helpers need help too!
Access the advice and support of an OG Coach & Supervisor who is devoted to your growth as a coach. You can bring any question, dilemma or issue for supported reflection. My approach is to help you claim your values, strengths and the unique value in your coaching. With tailored guidance and practical support, you'll feel resourced to take the next steps.
Acceptance and belonging.
Being a self-employed coach can be a lonely old path, often with few sources of nourishing camaraderie. Come and join a group where you can show up just as you are, where any 'off-brand' thoughts and feelings are warmly welcomed, and your humanness is wholly invited. Learn how to embody compassion for yourself (it's the foundation of self-belief and self-trust).
Our monthly call rhythm - what to expect:
Embodied Presence
We'll open each call with a short somatic practice to arrive just as you are. This helps us connect to your body, your heart, and each other - grounded presence is the ideal energy to coach from.
Reflective Practice
We'll begin with a reflection exercise to explore a theme in your coaching work (see the list below!). After journalling together, we'll have a break-out session to chat about your insights - where you'll meet new coach pals.
Supported Reflection
We'll then open up the call to anyone with something they want to explore with me. We'll have space for around 3-6 cases and you are very welcome and warmly encouraged to bring anything related to your coaching work.
Growing self-belief and self-trust
This work is so bloody human, and our experiences are so magically universal; whether you are receiving direct support or witnessing a fellow coach, there is a well (ha!) of insight and inspiration to be gained from each other.
Intentional closing
We'll close our session with intention so you can integrate your reflections, access the courage to experiment, and take your learnings into your coaching.
What can I bring for supported reflection?
There are three core areas where you might have questions, issues or dilemmas:
Supporting your client work: What is happening between you and your client, when someone isn't making progress, the client's you find difficult or 'heavy', the folks you want to rescue or you get a bit entangled with. We'll also explore broader systemic contexts, the limits of coaching, boundary choices, and ethical dilemmas that may arise. You'll have fresh perspectives, approaches and ideas to feel resourced and present.
Supporting your helpful business: How to bridge the gap between your dreams and your current capacity, exploring your resistance, fears and - of course! - self-doubt, how to create success that is meaningful to you, as well as the nuts and bolts: pricing, offers, messaging, and the big questions: Why isn't this offer selling? Where do I find more clients? Am I good enough? You'll be supported to consider your unique approach, your effectiveness, and your (many) choices with whatever you are navigating.
Supporting you as a human: your well-being: restoring, re-energising and rejuvenating your energy, space to share your frustrations and talk about awkward or difficult situations. Overworking and overgiving? Feeling overwhelmed or overthinking? This work is relational - it inevitably activates our emotions, patterns and responses - you are so far from alone in this - let's talk about it!
You are your greatest coaching tool, your most essential business asset. It's safe to lead from your heart and your values at a organic pace. We are not meant to do this work alone.

Hello you, I'm Sas Petherick!
One of the most profoundly sacred places I have visited many times, is the Temple of the White Spring - a candle-lit Well House strewn with shrines and altars, in a dark cavern beneath the Tor in Glastonbury. The natural calcite spring emerges into a large stone pool where naked dips are encouraged (cameras are banned).
The White Well is a completely different body of water from the much better known, well-manicured and tourist-friendly Chalice Well. As I was inspired to create this offer, this felt like the perfect metaphor for the kind of coaches I adore. Honestly, I also love the pun of 'coaching well'.

I have an MA in Coaching and I've spent over a dozen years helping hundreds of beloved clients untangle from self-doubt and create abiding self-belief (my approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed and deeply compassionate). As a qualified Coaching Supervisor I believe support for our client work is essential. To reflect out loud, in an intentional group of like-minded souls is medicine.
I'm also in the online business trenches with you! Figuring out the monkey-puzzle of running an online business has been the most stretchy growth experience of my life, and I am now utterly unemployable.
I know down to my bones that an abundant business of meaning and joy comes down to our internal capacity to lead it. The foundation of this is knowing yourself. The way in is supported reflection. Between us, we can absolutely figure this out.

- Each month we meet for a 90-minute Session. Please note this is designed as an interactive, live experience - its the only way to achieve the benefits. This is not for you if you are unable to commit to most calls. (NB: no calls January & August).
- Two call times to choose from each month, on the first Tuesday and Wednesday. You can join whichever suits you each month.
