Susan Sutherland

I’m Susan Sutherland and I am a ‘Next Chapter’ coach.

I help mid-to-late-career and/or mid-life people discover what is next for them professionally, personally, or both!

After a 29+ year C-suite corporate career, I began my own ‘next chapter’ by starting my coaching practice. I am also a co-owner of a 540- hectare ranch in rural South Africa – where I spend 50% of my time – running a guest house and retreat centre.
