Angela Browne has been a teacher, Headteacher and Executive Leader for the last twenty years, she’s set up a free school, and in recent years become a TEDx speaker, author, coach and consultant. Alongside her consultancy for organisations who want to get their diversity, equity and inclusion strategy right. She is a transformational coach for women she calls luminaries – successful women who are ready for more nurturing and compassion so they can influence and impact the world.
We talk about Angela’s experience of difficult workplaces where we are not permitted to show emotion, let alone bring our full humanity. She shares her experience of choosing to lead from a full heart.
