ABOUT

Liz Keifer

Hello, my name is Liz Keifer.

I am an empowerment coach.

I help people who feel dissatisfied, like life is happening to them to feel more empowered.

I currently reside in the United States, about an hour north of NYC. I’m a married mother of two college age children. My background is that of a professional actor in television and film for over thirty years. I trained at UCLA and The Academy Of Stage And Cinema Arts and was privileged to spend seventeen years on CBS’s Guiding Light.

I started out coaching actors helping them identify their emotions and then access their authentic self so they could be “real and honest” in front of the camera.

What I quickly discovered was coaching people to be comfortable with themselves in front of the camera first required them to know what if feels like to be comfortable with themselves in life. I was inspired to train with DR. Martha Beck and became a certified Wayfinder coach.

I became the actor who told you to stop “acting” in your real life!

Further training led me to become a certified Self Belief coach as well as an IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed practitioner. My mission is to help people experience what it means to lead from their core self with courage and compassion instead of being led through life by their fearful and performative people pleasing parts.  I am inspired and humbled by the quality and depth of tools I have acquired and the rate of transformation that self-belief coaching brings to my clients.

Liz is based in New York, USA – click here to check your timezone.

What clients say about

coaching with them

“Liz’s keen insight, wisdom, compassion, and ability to make sense of my muddled thoughts helped me to see a part of me that wasn’t being used, wasn’t being fulfilled at all.

Now I know it’s possible to have dreams and achieve them without shutting myself down for the sake of everybody else.”

Anna Stephens
actor, director, mother of three toddlers

“Liz’s skill and ability to respond and organize the pieces I spout out is a real gift. Thank you, Liz, for helping me to find more space!!!”
