ABOUT

Jamie Holbrook

Hi! I’m Jamie Holbrook, and I help people find the confidence to do what they really want to do with their career and life. I work with people who want to change careers but are hesitating. People who are tired of second-guessing themselves and holding themselves back from committing to a new career because of indecision, perfectionism, self-doubt, overthinking, and uncertainty about how things will turn out. People who want to be calmly confident and walk their own path, not the path they’ve been told they “should” walk. Who want the inner resources to feel confident doing their own thing without external validation or worrying about other people’s expectations and opinions. And without being held back by the voice in their head that says you can’t, you shouldn’t, you won’t.

I help people trust themselves to figure out, accept, and act on what they really want from their career; gain the confidence to commit to a new career; stop wondering what to do and invite in things that bring joy, happiness, and fulfillment; stop overthinking and connect to their intuition and their body’s wisdom; and release indecision, self-judgement, and things that aren’t right for them.

Other Qualifications:

What clients say about

coaching with them

Jamie and I worked on my feeling of readiness to show up more fully for myself and my cancer coaching. Jamie is skilled and intuitive and has a gentle way to shine light on and poke holes in the stories you may have unwittingly decided are keeping you stuck. Go schedule time with her—you will be so happy you did!

I learned so much from my sessions with Jamie—she has really done her homework on life changes, has effective practices for exploring new ideas, and was able to easily switch gears when she felt like I would benefit from a different approach. Most of all, she is a wonderful human being to talk to, and has the gift of listening with kindness, patience, and empathy.
